Yes! This program is completely personalised to your experience level, strength and limitations. We will work through this in your free movement screen and goal setting session.

The program will include 2 sessions per week. One of those will be with me in-person at Jungle Botany Gym in South Sydney. The other will be completed in the same gym using the open gym access included in the cost of the program.

It will be a mixture of bodyweight, lift and unconventional movements, which is my specialty. Everything will be catered towards your specific goals and experience level, which we will discover in our first movement assessment session.

Fun, adaptable, intuitive! Training should be challenging, but I firmly believe it should be fun and adaptable based on how you feel in your session.

Not at all. We’ll work together to find a date and time that suits us both so that you can make it weekly.
