Who am I?
Hi! I’m Rae, and I’m a Sydney-based strength and mobility coach and personal trainer.
I work with everyday people who want to feel strong and mobile for life, but I also work with BJJ athletes and hobbyists who want to feel good and stay on the mats.
I’m a blue belt training out of Legacy Jiu Jitsu HQ in Chippendale.
